After graduating from college, most people think about getting a job in their career. On the other hand, Prateek Doshi's thinking was different. He wanted to do something different. Which no one has ever done before. But the biggest question he had was that what business would he do?

Because there were already many businesses at that time. And Prateek had no idea. All they knew was that they wanted to do their own thing

One day in the rainy season, Prateek was going home after getting hit by a local train in Mumbai. Then his eyes suddenly stopped on the umbrella. When he noticed, he found that all the people had only black and light colored umbrellas. The umbrella does not have any print or design of any kind.

Seeing these umbrellas of people, a very tremendous idea came to his mind. He thought why not do the business of umbrella with design and print. Because no one is doing this business, then this business of theirs will be completely unique.

Thinking of this idea, Prateek became very happy and went to his home when he told his own idea to his family. Then his family said to him that "have you studied so much to sell umbrella,

Pratik was definitely disappointed after seeing the reaction of the family members.

But by then the idea was completely settled in Prateek's mind.

All he had to do was start his umbrella business under any circumstances. When Prateek was preparing blue print for his umbrella business. His friends used to come to his house and ask him what are you doing brother? So Prateek used to say in reply that I want to do my umbrella business.

For his umbrella business, he got the design prepared by the designer. But when he showed this design to the publisher, no publisher agreed to publish his design.

Because in a country like India, new things are not accepted quickly. That's why no one was agreeing to publish the design of the symbol. But Prateek did not give up and kept going to one publisher after another.

11 The publisher refused to print and market his design on the umbrella, calling his design useless.

But 12th Publisher found Prateek's idea unique and different. Due to which he printed the design of the symbol and then he also started the marketing work.

Prateek got many different designs printed on his umbrella like vadapav, smiley. After all the umbrellas were printed, Prateek himself started the marketing work.

Prateek was engaged in this work for 6 months but even after hard work he sold only 800 umbrellas. Then on being told by one of his friends, he thought of taking his umbrella business online.

Prateek wanted to spend his entire hand and foot on his umbrella business. So that later they do not have any kind of regret. Prateek says that he used to work 18 hours a day to take the business online and do marketing.

He used to say that at that time he also had 10 heads like Ravana. One in designing, the other in marketing, he alone was handling all the things.

After taking his business online, Prateek was very scared that no one would buy his umbrella, so he told his father that please buy an umbrella so that I would be satisfied that my umbrella has been sold.

But as soon as he did his business online and people came to know about his umbrella, the sale of his umbrella increased a lot.

There was a lot of demand for his umbrella from states like Kolkata, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat. In just 2 weeks they made it to Amazon's umbrella best seller list.

In this way Prateek turned his small idea into a multi millionaire business and became a successful businessman.

But his journey was not at all easy as no one supported him and after toiling for many months without any hope, he got what he had never imagined.

Business and success are like this only. In this, a person has to work continuously on a right idea. And their hard work definitely pays off.

Pratik Doshi always says that – if you do hard work? Then it never goes in water? Meaning if you work hard then your hard work will never go in water.
